Our policy is for changes, we do not accept returns (refunds), only product changes.
We will accept changes within 7 days from the shipping date.
Shipping costs are not refundable. Customer must pay for return shipping.
Promotional or sale items are not refundable or interchangeable.
Everything must be in its original condition with hang tags, sanitary protection in place and packaging.
If the garment returns damaged, washed in some way, dirty, worn, stained, smoke or humidity smell, they will not be accepted.
Any garment that has been altered in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at your own expense.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after 7 day period, without the original tags, sanitary tag, and no packaging or altered.
The changed garments will be shipped once they are received and approved for the change. The change will be processed within 3 business days of receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse constant returns by the same person.
We cannot accept changes for items purchased from other locations or websites not authorized by us.
It is always good for our clients to tell us the reason for their change or return in order to improve as a company.
